The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission requires an approved Broker in Charge (BIC) course prior to renewal of your license. This applies to you even if you only held this kind of license for a portion of your current license term. Oh sure, you can always get an online BIC course just to get it over with; but remember you have to take an end-of-course test for all online Oklahomal distance education. Some folks really want the live interaction, participation and immediate answers to questions; and you may not want to take a huge test.  If you really want a today's-world brokerage management class with lots more than the minimum OREC requirements, this is for you! Sales Associates: Any licensee may complete this course for 15 hours credit (in lieu of required subjects); then you will need only to add 6 hours of C.E. (any topic)  to complete your 21 hour requirement for license renewal.
