| Joyce Painter owns PRODEVELOPMENT Systems of Oklahoma, a state approved real estate school which specializes in post-license courses, new associate training, and continuing education. All courses teach to the goal of higher productivity for residential real estate sales associates. She is an adjunct instructor for Francis Tuttle Technology Center in Oklahoma City.
Her '20 plus' years in the real estate business include a successful residential sales career, sales management of both large and small offices, ownership and management of her own brokerage firm and several years as training director for a multi-office firm. She has trained thousands of residential sales associates and is a popular speaker around the state for real estate functions.
Joyce holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which is held by less than 5% of all agents nationally. She also is a graduate of the REALTOR Institute and has achieved the GRI designation. Joyce is a past director of both the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS and the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS. She has served as chairman of the Education Committee and is currently a member of the Oklahoma Association's Education and REALTOR Institute committee. She was the charter president of the Oklahoma Real Estate Educator's Association and is a member of the national Real Estate Educator's Association, as well as a member of the American Society of Training and Development.
Joyce has received the prestigious award as the Outstanding State Educator of the Year presented by the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS in 1996.
